1. Set
foregroundcolor to #f1d4d9 and
backgroundcolor to #bad4ef.
Foregroundcolor to
Gradient:
Open New Image 850x450 pixel -
Transparent.
Flood Fill with the gradient.
2. Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to
50.
Set Blend Mode to Multiply.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
3. Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Plugins - Two Moon -
VerticalRipplie:
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More.
4. Effects - Distortion Effects -
Wave:
Wave Once more.
In the Layerpaletten, set Blend Mode
to Overlay.
Set Opacity to 38.
5. Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Plugins - Two Moon -
FadeSpot:
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
6. Set the backgroundcolor to white.
Open 'cas_Mask1_0413' and minimize.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with the
backgroundcolor.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image:
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
7. Layers - Duplicate.
Effects - Reflection Effects -
Rotating Mirror:
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode
to Luminance.
Set Opacity to 60.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
8. Change the backgroundlayer back to
#bad4ef.
Selections - Load/Save Selection
- Load Selection from Disk and choose
cas_TheWaitress_1:
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with the backgroundcolor.
9. Keep the selection on.
Effects - Plugins - Filters
Unlimited 2.0 - Alf's Power Grads -
Radial Grads:
In the layerpaletten, set Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).
Set Opacity to 36.
Selections - Select None.
10. Layers - New Raster Layer.
Open the tube 'cas_Waitress_Deco01'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Select All.
Edit - Paste into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
11. Open the tube 'cas_Waitress_Deco02'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset: 
12. Activate Raster 1.
Open the tube 'Gerry-Diversen 109 -
cupcake 5 - 16 febr 2013'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Image - Resize 60% - uncheck All Layers.
Repeat Resize.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset like before, but change:
Horizontal offset: -105
Vertical offset: 25
13. Selections - Load/Save Selection
- Load Selection from Disk,
cas_TheWaitress_1 like in section 8.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister -
Copies.
Start with the numbers 1. og 2. on
the
illustration:
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 63.
14. Keep the selection on.
Selections - Modify - Expand 2 pixel.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout:
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Cutout once more, but change Vertical/Horizontal
to -12.
Selections - Select none.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
15. Activate the bottom layer.
Selections - Load/Save Selection
- Load Selection from Disk like earlier,
but choose cas_Waitress_2.
Edit - Copy.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Edit - Paste into Selection.
Selections - Select none.
16. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop
Shadow:
Color white
Effects - Plugins - AP 01
[Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining:
17. Activate the bottom layer.
Selections - Load/Save Selection
- Load Selection from Disk like earlier,
but
find cas_Waitress_3.
Edit - Copy.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Edit - Paste into Selection.
Selections - Select none.
Repeat Drop Shadow just before, but change Vertical/Horizontal to -30. Repeat Plugin AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining.
Layers - Duplicate and Merge - Merge
Down.
18. Activate Raster 6.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color black
Uncheck Shadow on new layer.
Activate Raster Raster 7.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but change Vertical/Horizontal
til -5.
19. Activate Raster 1.
Open the tube 'cas_Waitress_Deco03'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset like
ealier, but change:
Horizontal: 248
Vertical: 0
20. Activate
Raster 1.
Open the tube 'Gerry-sexylady 105 - 8
maart 2013'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Image -
Resize 65% - uncheck All Layers.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset like
ealier, but change:
Horizontal: 56
Vertical: -26
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: 
Color black
21. Selections - Load/Save Selection
- Load Selection from Disk and choose
cas_TheWaitress_1 like in section 8.
Selections - Invert.
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 85.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
22. Open the tube 'Gerry-sexylady 104 - 8
maart 2013'.
Edit - Copy.
On your
Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Image - Resize 80% -
uncheck All Layers.
23. Effects - Image Effects - Offset
like ealier, but change:
Horizontal: -280
Vertical:
-3
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color black 24. Open the tube 'cas_Waitress_Text'.
Edit - Copy.
On your
Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset like
ealier, but change:

Vertical: 0
Drop Shadow

Layers - Merge -
Merge Visible.
25. Image - Add Borders
2 pixel - checkmark in Symmetric -
Color white.
Image - Add Borders 5 pixel -

 26. Open the tube 'cas_Waitress_Deco04'.
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New
Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset like
ealier, but change:
Horizontal:
458
Vertical: 0
Layers - Merge -
Merge Visible.
Image - Add Borders
2 pixel - Color #bad4ef,
checkmark in Symmetric.
27. Sign your Image. Resize if you wish to make it smaller. Save your Image .
