1. Set the foregroundcolor to #eed926 and backgroundcolor to #68bb5e.
 
Change foregroundcolor to Gradient:
 
 
Open New Image 850x450 pixel - Transparent.
 
Flood Fill with the gradient.
 
 
2. Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Textures - Rotatile:
 
 
 
3. Effects - Plugins - AP 11 [Blends/Blurs] - Blur-ShiftZag:
 
 
Once more.
 
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more.
 
 
4. Effects - Plugins - AP 13 [Distorts/Patterns] - Distort-CrizCroz:
 
 
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
 
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 50.
Merge down.
 
 
5. Change foregroundcolor to #eed926.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk:
 
 
Layers - New Raster Layer.
 
Flood Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
 
6. Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
 
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
 
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:
 
 
 
7. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
 
 
In the Layerpaletten, set Opacity to 24.
 
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
 
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more.
 
 
8. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_2
 
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
 
9. Change the backgroundcolor to white.
 
Layers - New Raster Layer.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_3.
 
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
Layers - Duplicate.
Layers - Merge down.
 
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling like before.
 
 
10. Open the tube 'cas_Deco_01'.
 
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as new Layer.
 
Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
 

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling like before.

 
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 65.
 
 
11. Activate the bottom layer.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_4.
 
Effects - Plugins - AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining:
 
 
Selections - Select none.
 
 
12. Activate the top layer.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_5.
 
Flood Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
 
13. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies:
 
 
 
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Flip.
Layers - Merge - Merge down.
 
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 42.
 
 
14. Activate the bottom layer.
 
Layers - New Raster Layer.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_6.

Open the tube 'EasterImage'.
 
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste into Selection.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay.
Set Opacity til 75.
 
 
15. Open the tube 'cas_deco_02'.
 
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:

In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 24.

 

16. Activate the bottom layer.
 
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before but choose cas_Easter2013_7.
 
Effects - Plugins - AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining:
 
 
Selections - Select None.
 
 
17. Activate the top layer.
 
Open the tube 'calguisarumjaune6119'.
 
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
 
Image - Mirror.
 
Image - Resize 40% - Uncheck All layers.
 
Place it in the lower left corner like my Image.
 
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
 

In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 85.

 

18. Open the tube 'calguisgreenasia2202012'.

Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
 
Image - Resize 65% - Uncheck All layers.
Resize once more.
 
Place it down in the right corner like my Image.
 
Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow:
 
 
 
19. Activate Raster 5.

Open the tube 'Easter2013'.
 
Edit - Copy.
On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
 
Place the text like on my Image.
 
 
20. Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/Contrast:
 
Brightness: 5
Contrast: 10
 
Layers - Duplicate.
 
21. Activate the original text layer.
 
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies like before but change Number to 3.
 
Activate the copy of the text layer.
 
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
 
 
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
 
 
22. Image - Add Borders 1 pixel - Color #386630.
Image - Add Borders 15 pixel - Color white.
Image - Add Borders 30 pixel - Color red.

23. Activate Magic Wand:
 
Select the red border.
 
Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope:
 
 
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20.
 
Effects - Plugins - AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining like section 16.
 
Selections - Select none.
 
Image - Add Borders 1 pixel - Color #386630.
 

24. Sign your Image.

Resize if you wish to make it smaller and save it.
