Place the selections
'cas_Blossom_Sel1' to _Sel4 into your Selections folder to your PSP program.

1. Set the foregroundcolor to #ccc94c
Set the backgroundcolor to #ffffff (hvid).
Change the foregroundcolor to Gradient - Foreground-Background:
2. Open New Transparent Image 900 x 500 pixel.
Flood Fill the layer with the gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tile & Mirror - Mirrored & Scaled:
Mirrored & Scaled once more.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 50.
3. Layers - New Raster Layer.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk.
Find cas_Blossom_Sel1:
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor (White).
Selections - Select None.
4. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
5. Layers - New Raster Layer.
Set the foregroundcolor back to #ccc94c.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before, but find cas_Blossom_Sel2.
Flood Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor.
Selections - Select None.
6. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:
In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 34.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Flip.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
7. Open JPG 'cas_Mask0114' and minimize it.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with the backgroundcolor (white).
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Disk.
Find cas_Mask0114:
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
8. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
9. Layers - New Raster Layer.
Load Selection from Disk like before, but choose cas_Blossom_Sel3.
Flood Fill selectionen with the backgroundcolor (white).
Selections - Modify - Contract 10 pixel.
Edit - Clear.
10. Layers - New Raster layer.
Selections - Modify - Expand 1 pixel.
Opten the tube 'jet-womanface-green-april2007'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
11. Activate the top layer, Raster 1.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel:
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
12. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies:
Choose Throw and Line before you change the numbers.
Layers - Duplicate.
13. Activate the bottom layer (Merged).
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Load Selection from Disk like before, cas_Blossom_Sel3.
Flood Fill the selection with white (Look in the bottom of section 14).
Selections - Select None.
14. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind, From left og Strength 100.
Repeat with From right and Strength 100.
Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies with the same settings as section 12.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Hue.
You can use a different color in section 13, that fits you image, instead of using Blend Mode.
15. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 50.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
16. Stay on the bottom layer, Merged.
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood:
Color #000000 (black)
17. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
18. Activate Copy of Raster 2.
Repeat Flood with the same settings as in section 16.
Activate Raster 2.
Repeat Flood but change Horizon to 78.
19. Activate the bottom layer (Merged).
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk and find cas_Blossom_Sel4.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #ffffff (white)
Selections - Select None.
20. Open the tube 'Deco1'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
21. Open the tube 'Deco2'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
22. Open the tube 'Deco3'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
23. Open the tube 'jet-womanface2-green-april2007'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Image - Resize 78%.
Place it down in the left corner:
24. Layers - Duplicate.
Close the eye on the copy and activate the original, Raster 1.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 25.
Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow:
25. Open the eye of Copy of Raster 1 again.
Move it down a little:
26. Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 2 pixel, color #ccc94c
Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 20 pixel, color #ffffff (white)
Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 1 pixel, color #ccc94c
Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 35 pixel, color #ffffff (white)
Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 1 pixel, color #ccc94c
27. Open the tube 'cas_BlossomDeco4'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
28 . Sign you image.
Resize if you want a smaller image and save it.
