Preparations

 Place the selections in the Selections folder to your PSP program

 

Double-click on the Preset 'cas_Easter2018_Glass' and it is automatically imported into Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass.

Colorpalette

 

Tips!

* If you use other colors, you can change Blend Mode and Opacity for a better result.

* Make sure your image has the same size as written in section 1. Selections will not match an image in a different size.

1.   Open JPG 'Background'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       Edit - Paste as New Image.

 

       Layers - Promote Background Layer.

 

 

2.   Layers - Duplicate.

 

       Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles:

 

      

 

       Close the eye on the layer, and activate the bottom layer, Raster 1:

 

      

 

 

3.   Mehdi - Sorting Tiles once more, but change to 'Plus':

 

      

 

       Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.

 

 

4.   Open the eye on the top layer 'Copy of Raster 1' and activate the layer.

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Multiply.

 

 

5.   Open the tube 'Mina@.5112 mist fiori 02.18.pspimage'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 2.

 

       Remove the logo with Eraser Tool:

 

      

 

 

6.   Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:

 

      

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 75.

 

 

7.   Open Mask 'Narah_Mask_1166' and minimize it.

 

       Set the foregroundcolor to #ffffff

 

       Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 3.

 

       Flood Fill the layer with the foregroundcolor.

 

 

8.   Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.

 

       Find 'Narah_Mask_1166':

 

      

 

       Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

 

 

9.   Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:

 

      

 

 

10. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk.

 

       Find 'cas_Easter2018_Sel1':

 

      

 

       Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

       Selections - Select None.

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 80.

 

       Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

 

 

11. Layers - Duplicate.

 

       Edit - Copy.

 

       Edit - Paste as New Image.

 

       Minimize it, we need it later.

 

 

12. Go back to your image and activate the top layer, Copy of Merged.

 

       Effects - Plugins - XE Xtras - Elemental:

 

      

 

 

13. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Easter2018_Sel2':

 

       Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

       Selections - Select None.

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Hard Light.

 

 

14. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Deco1'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 1.

 

 

       Your image should look like this now:

 

      

 

       Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

 

 

15. Open the copy you minimized in section 11.

 

       We now work with the copy.

 

       Windows - Duplicate.

 

       Minimize it, we need it later (in section 34).

 

       On the original copy, Image - Resize 30%, checkmark in All Layers.

 

       Layers - Duplicate.

 

       Close the eye on the copy and activate the bottom layer, Raster 1.

 

 

16. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk like before, but find 'cas_Easter2018_Sel3'.

 

       Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

       Selections - Select None.

 

 

17. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Deco2'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 2.

 

       Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

 

 

18. Open the eye on the top layer, Copy of Raster 1, and activate the layer.

 

       Selections - Select All.

 

       Selections - Modify - Contract 20 pixels.

 

       Selections - Invert.

 

       Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

 

19. Selections - Invert.

 

       Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass.

 

       Under Settings - User Settings choose preset 'cas_Easter2018_Glass':

 

      

 

       Selections - Select None.

 

       Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

 

 

20. Edit - Copy, activate your original image.

 

       Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 1.

 

       Layers - Duplicate.

 

 

21. Activate Pick Tool with these settings:

 

      

 

       Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk like before, but find 'cas_Easter2018_Sel4'.

 

       Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

       Selections - Select None.

 

 

22. Activate the layer below, Raster 1.

 

       Image - Resize 70%, uncheck All Layers.

 

       Activate Pick Tool again with these settings:

 

      

 

       Layers - Arrange - Move Up.

 

 

23. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

 

      

       Color #000000

 

 

24. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Deco3'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 2.

 

       Activate Pick Tool with these settings:

 

      

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 85.

 

 

25. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Deco4'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 3.

 

       Activate Pick Tool with these settings:

 

      

 

       I Layerpaletten, sæt Blend Mode til Hard Light.

 

 

26. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Deco5'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 4.

 

       Activate Pick Tool with these settings:

 

      

 

       In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Soft Light.

 

 

27. Layers - Duplicate.

 

       Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (in previous PSP versions 'Image - Mirror').

 

       Activate Pick Tool with these settings:

 

      

 

 

28. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Text1'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 5.

 

       Activate Pick Tool again and place it like this:

 

      

 

 

29. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

 

      

       Color #000000

 

 

30. Open Image 'cas_Easter2018_Text2'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 6.

 

       Activate Pick Tool again and place the text up to the left like this:

 

      

 

       In the Layerpaletten, set Blend Mode to Dodge.

 

 

31. Open the tube 'Mina@.coniglietto.pasquale2.03.15'.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       On your Image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 7.

 

       Image - Resize 50%, uncheck All Layers.

 

       Activate Pick Tool again and place it in the bottom like this:

 

      

 

 

32. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

 

      

       Color #000000

 

 

33. Image - Add Borders:

 

      

       Color #000000

 

       Image - Add Borders 50 pixels, color #ffffff

 

 

34. Open the layer you minimized in section 15.

 

       Edit - Copy, close it down.

 

       Activate your original image.

 

 

35. Selections - Select All.

 

       Selections - Modify - Contract 28 pixels.

 

       Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders:

 

      

 

       Edit - Paste into Selection.

 

       Selection - Select None.

 

       Image - Add Borders 1 pixel, color #000000

 

      

36. Resize your image, if you want it smaller.

 

       Sign your image or place your watermark and save as JPG.
