Place the selections
'cas_Valentines2017_Sel1',
'cas_Valentines2017_Sel2
and 'cas_Valentines2017_Sel3'
in the Selections folder to your PSP program.
Place the
brush files 'BrushTip_Lileya Ships_14' and 'BrushTip_Lileya
Ships_14' in the Brushes folder to your PSP program.

1. Set
the
foregroundcolor to #ffe9be
Change the foregroundcolor to Gradient, Foreground-Background:
Open a New Transparent Image 900 x 500 pixels.
Flood Fill with the gradient.
2. Open the tube 'Alies 1-2VA197-valentine-lovebirds-08012014'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Selections - Select All.
Edit - Paste into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
3. Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur:
Layers - Duplicate.
4. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
5. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Arch:
6. Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood.
Push the red arrow
You can instead use these settings:
7. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk.
Find 'cas_Valentines2017_Sel1':
Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More.
8. Change the foreground gradient to color #ffffff (white).
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 2.
Flood Fill the layer with the foregroundcolor (white).
9. Open Mask 'cas_Hearts_0117_1' and minimize it.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Find 'cas_Hearts_0117_1':
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
10. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 36.
11. Activate the top layer, Copy of Raster 1.
Open the tube 'Alies 1-2VA197-valentine-lovebirds-08012014'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 2.
Image - Resize 68%, uncheck All Layers.
Activate Pick Tool
NB! The tube has to be at least 40 pixels from the top of your image:
12. Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize 70%, uncheck All Layers.
Image - Mirror - Mirror Vertical (in previous PSP versions 'Image - Flip').
Activate Pick Tool again and place it like this:
13. Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur:
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 40.
14. Activate the top layer, Raster 2.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
15. Set the foregroundcolor to #1e0e0a
Activate the layer Group - Raster 2.
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 3.
16. Activate Paint Brush
Change Size to 200 and Opacity to 70:
Left click two times with your mouse:
17. Layers - Duplicate.
Layers - Arrange - Move Up.
Image - Mirror - Mirror Vertical (in previous PSP versions 'Image - Flip').
Activate Pick Tool
18. Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur with the same settings as before:
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Soft Light.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
19. Layers - Duplicate.
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur with the same settings as before:
20. Open Mask 'cas_Mask_1216_5' and minimize it.
Set the foregroundcolor
to #ffe9be
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 1.
Flood Fill the layer with the foregroundcolor.
21. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Find 'cas_Mask_1216_5':
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
22. Activate the bottom layer, Merged.
Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top.
Image - Resize 90%, uncheck All Layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
23. Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame:
24. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Valentines2017_Sel2'.
Flood Fill the
selection with the foregroundcolor #ffe9be
Selections - Select None.
25. Change the foregroundcolor to #51271b
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 1.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Valentines2017_Sel3'.
Flood Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor.
Selections - Select None.
26. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #ffe9be
Layers - Merge - Merge (All Flatten).
27. Resize your image, if you want it smaller.
Sign your image or place your watermark and save as JPG.
